The raw garlic is better than cooked. I used cooking fish, poultry and meats, even vegetables with plenty of garlics. But not as effective as eat it with out cooking. You said it's hard to eat. I know what you mean. You have to have the garlic groves( I usual peel 10 garlic heads at the time) be smashed with the meat knife, then put the smashed garlics into a bowl or a bottle or a cup whatever, then pour some vinegar and honey onto it, let them to be mixed and soaked. Then take 2 table spoons(for you need two. Ordinary people just one would be fine) to be well chewed. Of course just one table spoons at the time. Then your month would be hot and tummy would be pain. Your tears may come out( which is good, detoxifying!) Therefore, the germs, virus, bacterial, cancer cells would be killed! After that, I would eat 1 in 4th of the low sugar and high cocoa dark chocolate bar. I think you can do the same, too. Since it's good for heart and it 's very low sugar. The garlic and dark chocolate are the nest combination to help the circulation and detoxify( you will have more pee later on, to remove the toxin, to be well detoxified). I was cold and sneezing. After ate both, the virus was killed and I could be recovered right away. But you have to be continuous, have to do it every night before shower and sleep.
More daily food for you:
Add the cinnamon and ginger ground and yogurt to your diet. I eat my breakfast with cinnamon and ginger ground, and I put the cinnamon powder to my yogurt with almonds(7-10) and beacon or walnuts(7-10)for my lunch( since you could have the carbs for lunch, you may eat this for dinner instead of carbs) after 2 accounts of raw Romaine Hearts lettuces or cooked kales or spinaches, half of the cucumber, or 2 stems of celeries, plus cooked fish or chicken or tomatoes, onions, Zi Cai cooked with egg whites. I only have big carbs for breakfast. Afterwards, just plenty of fruits, veggies, nuts, some animal proteins. I eat fruits and nuts, sometimes veggies for dinner. But could be 5 meals a day. I am very healthy. You may try my menu. You will be very healthy, too!

很高興你增強了信心和鬥誌。我相信在治療疾病中,患者的精神狀態是很重要的。我欣賞你的樂觀和勇敢麵對的態度。
人民日報編輯淩誌軍寫了一本書:《重生手記:一個癌症患者的康複之路》(2012),其中說到:
“有一天,我看到一些資料,在所有死亡的癌症患者中, 三分之一是被嚇死的,三分之一是治死的,隻有三分之一是真正因病而死。有不少人用這一組數字來概括當今中國的情形,包括一些長期致力於癌症治療的醫學專 家。這表明它不是圈裏人的信口開河,更不是外行們的以訛傳訛。”
“因此,做一個聰明的病人,遠比做一個聽話的病人更重要”
這是個很重要的建議,書中觀點:患者要積極參與,要知道可能的選擇,不是醫生說什麽都全信。治病不是隻是醫生的事。

飲食在治病中起很大的作用,我以前提到的視頻中的Dr.William Lee曾多次上過Dr. OZ(ABC Show)的節目。我太太找到她當時的記錄:
“Anti-cancer superfood:
1. Bok Choy, 3 half cup / week
2. Tomato, 2-3 cup /week
3. flounder or halibut, or salmon , 3 serving / week (6 oz),
4. strawberry, colorful fruits
5. Artichoke, quarter /a day
Another day, Dr. William Lee on Dr. OZ show mentioned some more cancer superfood:
1. Papaya (for ovarian cancer)
2. Shrimp or seafood (Breast cancer)
3. Cashews (colon cancer)
4. beets (kidney cancer)”
Beets are also good for liver, gallbladder health.
