來吃pizzelle啦!

從amazon上又置辦了個pizzelle maker。花了40塊。小朋友很愛吃,值了。
Pizzelle 是傳統的意大利 waffle cookies。

我一般買廚房武器的時候都是放在wishing list上, 如果過了一陣,還是很想要, 就堅決置辦下來,當然了,還是買的多, 現在已經沒有地方放了。隻好向老公喊話, “我需要個大的廚房!!”

機器本身有帶食譜, 但我又從網上找了個, 改了一下。



Pizzelle---Italian Waffle Cookies

Yield: Approximately 3 dozen

6 個雞蛋
3/4 cup corn oil
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3½ cups all-purpose flour

1. Beat the eggs on medium speed until pale and thick.
雞蛋打到濃稠。



2. Add the oil and mix until thoroughly combined. With the mixer still running, add the sugar and mix until combined.

加油繼續攪拌,直到完全融合, 把糖加進去,繼續攪拌。



3. Add the extracts and continue to mix.

加香草精。

4. Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the flour, mixing until combined.

減速,把麵粉慢慢地加入, 直到混合。



攪拌好了是這樣的




5. Preheat the pizzelle iron according to the manufacturer’s directions. When ready, drop batter by heaping tablespoon onto iron, close, and hold closed for as long as the manufacturer states.

機器加熱, 綠燈亮了, 就可以做了,每邊用 1 1/2 到2 teaspoons 的batter , 蓋上蓋子。



6. When ready, open iron and remove pizzelle with a rubber spatula. Repeat until all batter is used.

綠燈再亮時, 就好了。很快, 大約1分鍾。
