明日歌

一年級的Kevin 每周會從學校帶回一個Poetry Folder, 讓家長簽字。 裏麵都是一些應景的英語童謠。比如，母親節的時候， 會帶回來這樣一首：Roses are redViolets are blueYou are the best MomI love you! 比較有趣的是每一首歌都可以唱的。 孩子連說帶唱得，倒也生動有趣。 有一次，我簽字的時候說，我在家裏有時會教中文的詩歌，Mrs. M 馬上就寫信問我，什麽時候可以到她的班上去做一個Presentatioin. 我自然滿口答應，宣揚中華文化，義不容辭呀。 我和孩兒他爸商量了一下，最後選了兩首詩。文嘉的 “明日歌” 和 杜牧的“清明”。 原因之一是這兩首詩的英文翻譯比較容易被小孩子理解，另外，穀建芬還專門為這兩首詩譜了曲，我們覺得唱起來很好聽。

那天的講座一共用了45 分鍾，Kevin 和我一起站在台上present, 孩子們問了很多很有趣的問題。 效果當然是沒的說，因為我當年也是文學女青年阿！
