秋天來了,咳嗽的人也多起來。這款水果甜點非常適合潤肺。紅花有祛痰,鎮靜,去經閉,血滯的作用,也可解鬱安神。(不過孕婦要禁忌)。蜂蜜也有消炎、祛痰、潤肺、止咳的功效。檸檬皮也是行氣,祛痰,健胃。梨子是當季節的水果,也是白色,入肺。不過因為梨子是涼性的,腸胃功能不好或者體性偏涼的人就不要生吃。蒸煮過後的梨子性就比較平和。
1根香草 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
½小勺紅花 ½ teaspoon saffron threads
2大勺蜂蜜 2 tablespoons wild flower honey
1個檸檬的皮屑 1 lemon zest
4個梨子 4 pears, peeled, cut half
Put the pears,vanilla bean, saffron, honey, lemon zest and 2cups of water in a pan.Cover the pan, bring to boil in high heat, then turn to medium cook for about 8-10 minutes then turn the pears to another side until cooked. Remove the pears from the syrup.
Cook the saffron syrup until thickened. Serve the pears with syrup.
