On faith

"When things are going smoothly and you are staying in your comfort zone, faith isn't really required. It is only when the future is unpredictable, full of risks and uncertainties, that faith is most needed and most tested."

 

On emotional management

Rather, it is about how you react when things don't go your way, when you encounter people you dislike, when your opinions differ from others, or when you face criticism. How do you prevent negative emotions from exploding in an instant?"
