"Life is in the breath; therefore he who only half breathes,half lives"
生命在於呼吸,一個隻是半呼吸的人,隻是半活著。

The way in which we breathe directly affects our physical andmental well-being
and determines to a great extent the length and quality of ourlives!
呼吸的方式影響我們肉體和精神的健康,並在很大程度上決定我們生命的長短和質量。

The primary source of our sustenance is derived from an element inthe air we breathe.
In Yoga, this subtle element is known as prana.
Deep breathe help you have more prana, and the more prana youhave in your body, the more "alive" you are;
the less prana, the less life.
生命所需的營養來自空氣中的一種元素,瑜珈稱之為氣息。
深呼吸幫助你獲得更多的氣息。體內的這種生命之氣越多,
你就越有生氣。
