1. 希望帶有些感情色彩，表達出一些情緒，與“grief”、“harrowing”相呼應。因為這裏狄金森可能不僅僅是一個客觀的觀察。或許在講，她已經習慣了夏日，夏日似乎已“理所應當”、“約定俗成”。現在它悄然消褪，難免會有幾分惆悵、失望、甚至一點點忿忿。
2.“Perfidy"是個英語中的書麵詞，所以選定了漢語中的成語。
