別無相贈言，沉吟背燈立。

半晌不抬頭，羅衣淚沾濕。

No gift-word I could offer her,

Afore the candle, I stand hushed.

Awhile, her head bows sans a stir,

Her silk sleeves wet, for tears they brushed.
