梳洗罷，                                    

獨倚望江樓。               

過盡千帆皆不是，      

斜暉脈脈水悠悠，      

腸斷白蘋洲。

Alone, on the riverside tower, I gaze below,

Of myriad passing sails, none is one I pine for ...

The river flows on, the sun slants low,

O’er Bai Ping Shoal, my heart breaks in woe.
