其七

 

糝徑楊花鋪白氈，點溪荷葉疊青錢。

筍根雉子無人見，沙上鳧雛傍母眠。

Willow catkins like white felt carpet track by track,

Lotus leaves like green coppers do creek by creek pack.

Betwixt the bamboo roots hide the chicks of pheasant,

On th’ sand the ducklings by their mom sleep back-to-back.
