其二

 

兩兩歸鴻欲破群，依依還似北歸人。

遙知朔漠多風雪，更待江南半月春。

A pair of homing wild geese lags behind,

As if the northbound folks have changed their mind.

Staying in South for another fortnight,

For they know Northland now snowstorms tight bind.
