望帝春心托杜鵑，佳人錦瑟怨華年。

詩家總愛西昆好，獨恨無人作鄭箋。

 

A Quatrain by Yuan Hao-wen (Jin Dynasty)

 

Du Yu’s fond heart lives on in cuckoo’s vernal song,

For lost youth, the belle zithers grief so subtly strong.

Though poets cherish the nuanced style of Xi Kung,

No one can match Zheng Xuan, discerning right from wrong.
