天寒水鳥自相依，十百為群戲落暉。
過盡行人都不起，忽聞冰響一齊飛。

‘Tis freezing cold, myriad waterbirds come,
To romp till the sun slants, they congregate,
Although people walk by, they appear numb
Until the ice cracks, they flee to their fate.
