送柴侍禦 – 王昌齡

 

沅水通波接武岡，送君不覺有離傷。

青山一道同雲雨，明月何曾是兩鄉。

 

Sending off Courtier Chai by Wang Changling

 

A stream of waves links us ‘twixt Yuan rill and Wu hill,

To send you off brings me no bitter parting chill.

The blue alps will share with us the same clouds and rain,

The two lands bask in moonlight of the same goodwill.
