藏頭詩 – 北鬥一星

 

蕭 邸山間隱，

蔭 蔭蔽後人。

堂 前香馥馥，

院 內木欣欣。

士 雅精數術，

文 華通古今。

曲 高猶白雪，

星 宿下凡塵。

 

An acrostic verse by Beidouyixing

 

Xiao’s residence in the secluded hill,

Yin Shade shelters many a Jack and Jill.

Tang Hall burns fragrant incenses, and his  

Academy nurtures saplings with good-will;

Fellow, this fellow excels in math, also

Verses all poesies with his magic quill;

Tunes exquisitely in classic music, a bright

Star descends from heaven to thrill...
