後遊 – 杜甫

 

寺憶曾遊處，橋憐再渡時。

江山如有待，花柳自無私。

野潤煙光薄，沙暄日色遲。

客愁全為減，舍此複何之？

 

Revisit by Du Fu

 

This temple and bridge I came by before,

Revisit makes my affection grow more.

Fair landscape seems to wait on me,

So do the flowers and willows galore.

In morning mist bathe the wild fields,

In afterglow glitters the sandy shore,

At once, my melancholy hath allayed,

I wonder where else on earth I’d adore.
