- 1 Banana Puree (125g) - 香蕉泥(125克)

- 2tbsp (30g) Sugar- 1湯匙(30克)糖
- 3 tbsp (42g) Softened Unsalted Butter - 3湯匙(42克)軟化無鹽黃油
Milk & Yeast Mixture 牛奶酵母溶液:
- 130g Lukewarm Milk - 130克溫牛奶
- 1 1/3 tsp (4g) Dry Yeast - 1 1/3茶匙(4克)幹酵母
- 1tsp Sugar - 1茶匙糖
1. 牛奶酵母溶液靜置10分鍾激活酵母,製香蕉泥,廚師機揉麵
2. 醒發,整形,二次醒發
3. 篩玉米澱粉、烘培、享用
