在超市被誤認為偷東西，死的心都有了，求救老貓！

事情經過是：去超市買東西，check out完出門的時候被店員攔住，要check包，我拒絕，他們要叫我去後麵的辦公室，因為態度非常不好，怕像youtube的video上說的一樣，去一個小黑屋遭受虐待，所有堅持沒有。他們威脅我說，不進去就叫警察，我拒絕，堅持他們打電話叫警察，警察來了後，跟隨他們去的後麵，然後check包，他們說裏麵的幾樣食物，因為有他家店子的標示，就肯定是他們的東西，連我的一塊小小的Godiva的巧克力，也說是他們的要留下。然後他們要我簽一個大概是“永久不能進入這家店子的協議”，我沒簽，簽了就等於承認偷東西了。後來警察沒有堅持讓我必須簽字，就告訴我我可以回家了。

回來的路上委屈死了，真是撞牆的心都有的，回來把把事情經過告訴了boyfriend。傷心，侮辱。。。。就不多說了，大家還有特別多的疑問：跪求老貓等高人，出麵指點：
1，超市在沒有十足證據的情況下，比如錄像帶等，有權扣留人身自由嗎？（難道我包裏的東西，隻要有他家的商標或者包裝袋，就能認定是我偷竊？）
2，扣留後，有權拒絕讓我打電話求救朋友嗎？
3，警察來了，也沒有說出個所以然，沒有給出任何結論。沒有給網上有人之前說的傳票去法院什麽的，也沒有給罰款單據什麽的，什麽都沒給，就告訴我可以走人了。
4，後麵的事情會發展成什麽樣子的呢？會給我造成什麽不良的記錄呢？如果有記錄的話，會給我以後申請綠卡造成什麽樣的危害呢？有沒有什麽補救措施
