If you 求饒, and that person set you free, he will be in big big trouble. How can he explain to his boss? Does he still need his job? Does he know you before? No matter what bad things you did, the other person has to follow the law. That person does not have the right to check your bag w/o your permission. Remember, even policeman has to follow the law to against a crime.
