初春 – 郭平印

 

亂鳥爭枝鬧曉寒，晨曦乍洩小橋欄。

玉蘭噙露半開蕾，帶怯含羞意萬千。

 

Early Spring by Guo Pingyin

 

Birds rioting o’er twigs shatter the peace of dawn,

Sunrise spills over the bridge’s railings like a shawl.  

Sipping dewdrops, magnolias gently start to yawn,

Though bashful, its meaning - the profoundest of all.
