宜度重關四語傳

忠信自然求雅趣

千秋妙譯伴長眠

 

A Dirge to Sir Zhao by Wu Xinjian

 

Zhao, dear sir, to Czechia, you sought a clean spring,

Yi, to render masterpieces, let your four tongues sing.

Zhong, your faithful translation, candid with great grace,

Rest in peace, your works like a bell will ever ring.
