早春 – 韓愈

 

天街小雨潤如酥，草色遙看近卻無。
最是一年春好處，絕勝煙柳滿皇都。

(Early Spring)

 

The regal streets are well soused with drizzle,

From afar, grass greens, but near, it fades in mizzle.

The best sight of the year, in this superb city,

Transcends the misty willows that seem a fizzle.
