二月巴陵日日風，春寒未了怯園公。

海棠不惜胭脂色，獨立蒙蒙細雨中。

(Spring Chills)

 

Baling in February wind-besieged every day,

Such ongoing spring chills make me feel very grey.

Yet, crab-apple fears not losing her rosy mien,

Alone in icy drizzle she stands like a fay.
