The third husband doesn't have to be a charming gentleman for a pride lady who has been in the US for over 15 years and has had a number of American boyfriends. Maybe he is not normal in such person's eyes, But he still could be a nice husband for Jane. Marriage is not a show. It is a good one if both husband and wife enjoys it. Compared with the first and second husbands, the third one is much better and Jane enjoyed. Isn't that good enough?

Well, don't look down upon blue collar workers, many of them make quite decent money, especially goverment workers.
Some technical blue collar worker makes much more than white collar workers. For example, our city bus drivers average salary is $75k.
If you've read the book "The millinair next door", you'll know that.

This is such a badly made-up story. Very misleading!!! As someone who has been in the States for over 15 years since high school and has had a number of American boyfriends, I can tell you this much, only those Americans who had problems dealing with girls in America would not mind marrying someone who can barely speak English from another country. Anybody in their right mind would not propose before they met in person. I am not saying there aren't guys like that, they just do not sound normal to me. By the way, a blue collar in America would not make $70,000 a year! Average household income in America is around $30,000 - $40,000. Have some common sense before you make up a story like this. Americans are no different than us when it comes to marriage. They are careful and choosy like us, at lease the normal ones are.
