七絕·訪柏鄉千秋亭、牡丹園有感 - 孟朝崗

 

千秋亭上覓遺蹤，丹芍園中聞寺鍾。

千載題詩已湮滅，漢花依舊意從容。

 

Pavilion of Eternal Ages by Meng Chaogang

 

At the Pavilion I seek old shadows that dwell,

Amongst the Peonies I hear the temple bell.

Although the inscribed verse of yore has long vanished,

The flower of Han endures with its graceful spell.
