鹹魚蒸豬肉家家會做,但這一款家常小菜我換了個烹法,卻變成另一種不岡膿香味美的風味小菜,對喜歡香口的朋友一定有無比的誘惑力,近來酒是喝多了,也吃了油膩些,來鍋明火白粥,再弄個鹹魚"煎"肉餅配搭,再加幾種不岡的家常小菜來換換口味,也是人生的另一種平凡享受.
材料:鹹魚兩塊,豬肉塊半,蒜大半顆,蔥兩條,生粉,糖, 胡椒粉.
製作:先慢火熬好明火白粥一鍋.再將鹹魚切成小碎塊,豬肉也用手垛成豬肉碎粒(小小粒但不要太碎口感好),再用生粉稍拌,加蒜蓉,小蔥粒,糖,胡椒粉一起用手拌勻再搓成一個個扁型小餅,再用小火耐性慢慢地的煎熟至透著微焦香即可裝盤出菜!
