材料:牛腩,牛筋,冬菇,炸豆腐,腐竹,白蘿卜,五香粉,八角,薑,蒜頭,紅辣椒,蔥頭,老抽,蠔油,料酒,鹽,糖,味精.
製作:牛腩,牛筋洗幹凈後切塊醃些五香粉,老抽,蠔油,料酒,鹽,糖,味精三小時備用,冬菇泡水去丁,炸豆腐切長方塊,腐竹泡溫水再切條,白蘿卜切塊.大火熱油鍋下蒜頭,薑片與八角爆香然後下蠔油再炒香,下牛腩與牛筋塊炒出香味,放冬菇再讚些酒再炒片刻下高湯煮沸後,再轉小火燜兩個半小吋撈出牛腩,鍋中剩餘的牛筋再用小火多燜一個小時至軟嫩,回鍋牛腩,放白蘿卜,炸豆腐,紅辣椒,再放些鹽,糖,味精調味,轉大火煮至收汁變稠下腐竹與蔥頭,再煮十分鍾灑點胡椒粉即可出菜…
