that we can go to court and fight for anything that we blieve is wrong. This is really important. Keeping silence when facing unfairness will cost a lot in a long run. I like what CoolVoice's doing. Even he is just fighting for himself. To me, as a Chinese, I benefit from his effort and many others if they would like to "waste their time" and go to court.

Please show your support, since every case, by its nature, it is really fighting for the good of the whole group.

When I was a graduate student , I argued with my supervisor because I believe I was treated unfarily. I didn't get the appology, but I was happy to see that supervisor started to do something to favor Chinese students later. I don't mind if other Chinese took advantage in that situation, but I knew if no one stands up, everyone will eventually be a loser.
