You can always disagree his choice

of going to court, but if this is something he wants to do, then it is his best interest. If he wants to fight and revenge, then he should do it. This is something we can't take economically. And he is figting for the value he belive. This is good.

If you go to Church, you will see people want to devote a lot to the God. You can always argue whether this is their best interests. Well this is not something you want to judge. You should learn to respect others' choice first.
