Actually I view CyberCat's opinion highly. When we fight, we don't want to act like a suicide bomber. Was my fight useful? Visa tried to drive me out on Oct/Nov 2006, but I managed to stay until Mar 2007. I did not know until during court time in 2009 that Visa actually had a team containing high level officers, HR people and of course, lawyers to deal with me. In the court, Visa had initial 4 lawyers and added another late. Is it a sign I did something right in terms of law?
Without this case, my view to my life in USA would be totally different from now. Regret? Is that really a good thing to live under illusion?
