I think there is no need to further argu about whether going to court is a crazy thing or not. If people feel really necessary and have a chance to win or settle, he should always go to court.
For a company making perjury at the court, it is really something CoolVoice may pursue with a new case. Potentially he can sue that company for obstruction of justice ... If I am the CEO, I would settle with CoolVoice. So CoolVoice still has opportunity to win big in another case. Don't assume it is the end. The company's way of handling this case was kind of stupid and not flawless.
