世事如棋不忍看，雄心散漫白雲端。

六和塔畔皆青土，臥聽潮聲坐對山。

 

Six-Harmony Pagoda by Yu DA-fu

 

Ah, such a world like Go I scarce can bear to see,

My once grand dream drifts now along the white-cloud sea.

Around Six-Harmony Pagoda green earth lies —

Hills in sight, tides reach ears, I sprawl upon the lea...
