自送別，心難舍，一點相思幾時絕？

憑闌袖拂楊花雪。溪又斜，山又遮，人去也！

 

A Lyric by Guan Han-qing (Yuan Dynasty)

 

Sith thou bidst me au revoir,

My heart licketh its parting scar —

Could any powers now such yearning jar?

The brook windeth into places far;

The hills my strained sight bar;  

The snowy willow fluffs sans devoir —

My sleeves brush them off where balusters are,

Alas, thou art so remote like a star...
