醉睡者 — 蘇軾

 

有道難行不如醉，有口難言不如睡。
先生醉臥此石間，萬古無人知此意。

 

Deep Blotto Sleeper by Su Shi

 

If my way be gainsaid, I’d rather be blind drunk,

If my tongue be spurned, then let it lie in bunk.

Ah, when this drunkard sleeps blotto beneath the stones,

For aye, no one kens what he means — too deep ‘tis sunk.
