五絕·春日河畔 – 孟朝崗

 

日高春水軟，燕疾岸風斜。

時見蜂飛影，頻頻撩徑花。

 

Spring by the Shore by Meng Chao-gang

 

The spring stream ripples; the sun stands at noon,

Swift swallows glide aslant; breeze strokes the shore.

At times, along the path, buzzing bees croon,

Lo, wooing the fair flowers they adore.
