《還自廣陵》- 秦觀

 

天寒水鳥自相依，十百為群戲落暉。

過盡行人都不起，忽聞冰響一齊飛。

 

Returning from Quangling by Qin Guan

 

Defying the chill, myriad waterbirds huddle,

Facing twilight’s glow, they gaily romp or cuddle.

People walk by, unstirred the birds like a puddle,

The ice suddenly cracks, all rise from the muddle.
