Just take a look at what happened on BSC/FRE/FNM/AIG share price，+80% drop!
I would assume ANOTHER 40-80% haircut on many troubled finance corps: GE COF AXP CIT GS WB WM MS WFC BAC ABK MBI etc etc
Either congressmen pass bailout plan or not，對於大市短期內我都已不再樂觀！
