一個人的口味愛好一般和小時候吃喝有關。
從小吃的上海春卷就是黃芽菜香菇肉絲餡,所以總吃不慣別的花樣。黃芽菜香菇肉絲餡特別好做,其實就是爛糊肉絲,關鍵是要勾芡,冷藏後再包。
小烏賊魚雞肉燒蛋其實是紅燒肉的變形,因為有了小烏賊魚,味道變得很特別,調料主要是醬油,糖,黃酒,還加了一點點魚露。喜歡是紅燒烏賊魚的應該會喜歡這個菜。
做法:
1.10條小烏賊魚去骨洗淨備用,2個雞大腿洗淨斬塊。蛋5個煮熟,用牙簽紮些洞。
2. 雞塊先下鍋煸炒出油 (鍋裏不用放油),出鍋備用。
3. 鍋裏加2tbsp糖,1tbsp水,中火5分鍾至糖焦化。(如果不喜焦糖,這步可以省略)
4. 加入2,翻炒著色,再加入小烏賊魚,薑塊,酒,醬油,魚露,水,調味,再加熟蛋 (如果省略3,在此加糖和老抽即可)。
5.大火煮開,中小火悶30分鍾,再大中火稍稍收汁,略加明油,即可。
加一張看得見烏賊魚的。
山藥枸杞甜水據說養顏,山藥+枸杞+冰糖燉30分鍾即可。

特別喜歡Red Lobster的Biscuit,網上找的方子,除了不夠油亮,味道還是很像的,主要是做起來很方便。
Cheese Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon dried chives (no)
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (use garlic powder)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup shortening (butter or oil)
* 3/4 cup milk (more/ skim milk OK too)
* 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (more) (optional parmesan cheese)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, chives, garlic salt and salt. Cut in the shortening until the mixture has only small lumps. Add milk and cheese and stir until moistened. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden.
