簡易Buttermilk Chess Pie (BUTTERMILK派)
This recipe is easy to make and most ingredients are already in your pantry. The pie is very flaky, citrusy, and delicious. You will not be able to stop eating it.
這個派做起來簡單,吃起來酥鬆甜美,還有檸檬香味。沒做過派的朋友一定要試試。材料看起來挺多,可是不需什麽技巧,全部拌在一起就行了。
3/4 cup buttermilk 3/4 杯buttermilk
1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 杯白糖
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 杯壓實的輕紅糖
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 6大匙無鹽牛油,熔後待涼
2 large eggs 2個大雞蛋
2 large egg yolks 2個蛋黃
1 tablespoon fine-ground cornmeal 1大匙精細玉米麵
1 tablespoon cornstarch 1大匙玉米粉(太白粉)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1大匙香精
1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4小匙鹽
2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional) 2小匙檸檬皮,切碎或刨碎(如無可免)
1 store-bought ready to bake pie crust (such as Mrs. Smith, available in the freezer section), Chilled, but NOT baked
一個超市買的派皮,
如Mrs. Smith (在冰櫃裏). 派皮放在冰箱裏解凍,但不要預烤Adjust an oven rack to the lowest position, place a rimmed baking sheet on the rack, and heat the oven to 375F degrees. Whisk all of the filling ingredients together until just combined, then pour into the unbaked chilled pie crust. Bake on the heated baking sheet until the center is set and the top is golden brown, 40-45 minutes. Transfer the pie to a wire rack and cool until warm or room temperature before serving. Maybe kept in the fridge for 2 days.
把一個有邊的烤盤放置烤箱中層,烤箱預熱到375F度。把所以材料拌到剛好均勻(別過份搞拌),然後倒進派皮。小心放到與烤箱預熱的烤盤中,烤置派外麵金黃色,中間不再呈液體裝,約40-45分鍾。取出放到架子上待涼再食用。可以在冰箱裏保留兩天
