周六照舊練玩自己練娃，lol

今天教練要愛美麗練跑坡，我還得陪著跑。。。教練給愛美麗布置的任務上寫著，you need to run faster than your mommy，臥槽。

這個周末我們這裏要超過105度，愛美麗說要早點出去跑步。

好吧，親媽我早早起床先把自己的車給騎了。兩個小時，一個ipad zwift，一個ipad看環法。有了環法的相伴，都不覺得很枯燥。我知道這些pro騎環法很艱難，但是真的不想結束啊啊啊啊。

然後愛美麗騎山地車，我跑步，一起去附近一個山坡

跑完三英裏以後到了坡，開始幹活，一共跑了10次。我跑不動了，借口給愛美麗拍錄像，skip了一次，lol.

愛美麗現在短距離衝刺確實比我快，我原本覺得自己可能要放點水，讓她感覺好點，跑起來才知道，是我想多了。。。十次跑坡確實把她榨幹了。

然後她說要去吃fettuccine，我都不知道她怎麽知道這個詞，就去了附近一個意大利小餐館，她把一盆麵條全吃了。我熱死了，吃不下，就點了個雞肉沙拉，都沒吃完。小娃的恢複和食欲，真是讓人羨慕。廉頗老矣尚能飯否，就是說的我們這種人吧，哈哈

don't know what to write about. I am bored, so mommy said to write about my hill repeats and yummy orange soda that I got at magic fettuncine place for lunch. I finished all my drawings, organized my pencil set, finished my Harry Potter destroy the horcruxes book (don't let me get in to what horcruxes are because you will be here for hours). Also you would think that you were in a volcano in the Sahara desert, roasting in an oven, for how hot it is here.  Ok, byeeee. Ending with a period like always........ .
