雞胸肉怎麽做好吃

從小我就不喜歡吃雞胸肉，原因就是我媽說的“死巴巴肉”。超市裏的雞腿肉比雞胸肉要貴，原因大概也是因為不好吃。雞胸肉不好吃的原因是它含油少，烹飪時間稍長就老了，洋人使用它整塊的燒烤，之前要用錘子把它敲散，然後烤個大半熟，不老。咱們華人不習慣這樣吃，而且還麻煩，於是我就琢磨出一種做法，你可以試試。

做法：

1、把買回來的雞腿肉，大塊切成小塊，然後平攤在烤箱盤子上凍上。把凍好的肉起下來，放大塑料袋裏放回凍櫃保存。

2 要吃的時候拿出來一塊兒半解凍，切成大約七八毫米粗的條，不要太細。倒適量的醬油，花椒粉或者胡椒粉，適量的清水，醃一定時間，最好醃一夜。

3 醃好以後應該是看不到水，如果有水要倒掉，然後加適量土豆粉拌勻，再加適量植物油。

4、油鍋燒得很熱，並且鍋底均勻。到稍多的油，我做菜一般是川菜做法，不過油，所以油的量要有經驗，多做幾次，才能適量。油熱以後把肉絲下鍋快速滑散，斷生撈起，鍋裏的剩油可以接著炒蔬菜，青椒絲，胡蘿卜絲，土豆絲，黃瓜絲。。。菜炒好，加肉絲和事先調好的魚香肉絲汁立即起鍋，至此，一盤魚香雞肉絲大功告成。

5 魚香汁：醬油、醋、糖、花椒粉、薑沫、蒜粒。

這盤菜的特點是，花比雞腿肉少的錢，吃到更多的蛋白質，味道鮮美，肉質鮮嫩。說得很清楚就不上視頻了哈。
