材料:雞腿肉2.5磅,郫縣豆瓣2~3大勺,五香粉少許,孜然粉1~2勺,麵粉二大勺,麵包粉4大勺

雞腿肉切成塊,加郫縣豆瓣,五香粉,孜然粉

醃2小時

炸雞塊之前裹上麵粉,麵包粉(或者玉米粉),油鍋燒熱之後入雞塊炸熟。
