          上次和小餛鈍大姐姐談起美食,她讓我把好吃的貼在博克上,我就試試看吧,澳洲做中國菜還是挺方便的,主要是買中國食品很方便,品種也很多。我還在圖書館借了書學做壽司,做壽司的工具和調料在亞洲食品超市也很容易買到;做甜點也很方便,澳洲超市現成的餅幹粉,按料攪拌、烘烤就可以了;迷你燒賣就是拿餃子皮包上糯米加肉沫做的餡;酸菜魚和水煮魚在華人食品超市都有現成的調料和醃味料,非常容易做;中國菜嗎嘻嘻,都是打電話問媽媽,一點點學會的。當然我平時吃的很簡單,這些都是請客時臨時露一手的,不過天生我喜歡美食,做的菜都是家常菜,很簡單,希望大家多多指教、多多分享經驗。最喜歡請同學朋友來吃飯了,喜歡韓劇“大長今”裏麵的一句話:“做食物的人最高興的就是看見品嚐食物的人臉上滿意的笑容,食品是要用心去做的,在品嚐食物時就能感受到做食品人的那份心意。”希望朋友們能感受到這份心意..........
