翻譯練習題

在英語文學中布朗寧和他的夫人都是寫愛情詩的頂尖高手，留下來許多有意思的傳說。我現在說一個與大家分享。據說布朗寧在要他的未來的太太跟他私奔到意大利去之前，他想從書架上拿本書來預測此行的運氣。結果他隨手拿到的是一本用英文寫的意大利文的語法書。他接著翻，希望翻到連接詞或和所有格的章節，可是卻翻到了翻譯練習。他看到的是這個練習題：

"If we love in the other world as we do in this, I shall love thee to eternity."

這裏的the other world 該怎麽翻？
