如何再上訴？讓我付錢修他的下水管子。我感到被侮辱，憤怒，他們白人在欺負我們華人。

問題1：我是否還有機會上訴，怎麽上訴？ 前題是法官判了“ CASE DISMISSED LACK OF PROOF”， 時間是5/26。
問題2：再上訴時間距離5/26號的判決有沒有時間限製？因為要收集證據，找律師，都需要時間。
問題3：有沒有NJ的好的房地產律師推薦？
 
情況是這樣的：
我在NJ有一處CONDO，我的是一樓，二樓是個白人屋主。CONDO的POLICY是誰的管子誰負責，無論管子走到哪裏都是管子的OWNER負責，直到進入房子低下的主管道。 二樓的水管都從我家牆裏走，最近發現他的浴缸下水管有漏，開始隻是在他洗澡時聽到滴水聲，外牆沒有DAMAGE 或水印， 他不承認。 我建議請執照PLUMBER，他不同意開門，也不RUN WATER，所以我就沒法請PLUMBER出證明。沒辦法，我自己把牆開了洞，等他洗澡時，我拍了照片，錄了相， 做了DAMAGE ESTMATE。到SMALL COURT 告他。結果法官說我證據不足----沒有PLUMBER的證明，他說看不出這是誰的管子，等，判決：讓他開門，讓我請PLUMBER查和修，都讓我付錢。
之後兩天，5/28 PLUMBER已經查過，證實：MULTIPLE LEAKS FROM UPPER UNIT‘S PIPES。但樓上堅持法官判決：讓我付錢修他的下水管子。
我感到被侮辱，憤怒，他們白人在欺負我們華人，這麽清楚的黑白分明的對錯，法官竟然如此不公正。
