Office Politics - 怎麽處理? 求助!

二月份進的公司,和另外一個同樣職位的人(R)同時被招進公司, 但是hiring manager很快就辭職了,在我去上班之前就離開了公司,4月初,新經理(A) 進了公司.

因為我們組缺了個team lead, A 有意讓R 做小頭,我對此也沒有意見, 但是R 在技術上不如我,我做出來的東西他不會,問去了以後不給credit,我就給全體組員DEMO,這樣發生了兩次,我的立場是:你做小頭我支持,但是我作出來的東西我要credit, 就這麽簡單. R可能覺得我是在跟他競爭,這也沒啥,但是這個A明顯偏向他,A和R一唱一和, 今天竟然把我做的東西說得一文不值,讓我很不高興.

我現在在想我應該怎麽反應, 要不要反擊? 有兩種反應: (1)當做什麽也沒發生,但是怕以後此類事情再次發生. (2)我現在開始起不做今天被貶低的這個東西(隻有我會),要求他們告訴我更好的做這個的方式.(3)走人 -- 就是擔心在現在單位時間太短,對找工不利.

我也不想和經理弄得關係不好,其實我真不是要搶什麽位置,我的成績希望能得到認同,盡次而已,咳,真難.對了,經理是個老印,不知道是不是從骨子裏不喜歡中國人.
