問題是"自己做的和老板的要求不同"是假,他當眾否定我,但是前幾天還表揚我來著(單獨談時),而且不對歸不對,還讓我繼續做下去,你說是怎麽回事?

你說得很對,溝通很重要,特別是老板,我這方麵比較欠缺.
