以前和老板談過的,

他是當著我的麵表揚我,說我把R做了兩個星期沒做出來的東西一會兒就做出來了,很好.昨天卻當著全體的麵說我做的東西不是他們要的,我很震驚,不知道是什麽用意.其實我那個東西做出來以後馬上就告訴R是怎麽做的,一步一步的教,但是他還是不會,也沒再問我,我總不能湊上去問他進展吧,我估計他沒有概念怎麽做,問題也問不出來,以前是問我的,每次他問我也都告訴他的,但是現在不再問了,可能是覺得老問我顯得他水平不夠高.

但是最讓我難過的是老板的態度,不說我好是可以的,但是也不能說我做的是does not meet requirements的,這一個月來就我一人做這個,因為沒別人會,現在反咬一口,
我做的不對為什麽沒人讓我不要做了呢?為什麽還要我一人繼續做呢?
