My secret agenda in every job:

- I am who I am, and I know I am good at what I am doing, otherwise the company would not have hired me.

- I come here to earn my paycheck. If the management use giving credit orally to trade of salary increase, then go hell with it. My favorate quote from Gone with the wind: for that my dear, I don't give a damn.

- The fat salary increase is always from the next job offer. The annual increase in the same company is always peanuts. Giving me credit or not, giving me good performance review or not, for that my dear, I don't give a damn again.

- It is not rare to have 武大郎 on top of us. Sharing credit and releasing their anxieties is the best way of not putting us in ugly fight. I do care my job. I don't want to get kicked out to the street, which ruins my negotiation power in my next job search.
