- The fat salary increase is always from the next job offer. The annual increase in the same company is always peanuts. Giving me credit or not, giving me good performance review or not, for that my dear, I don't give a damn again.
- It is not rare to have 武大郎 on top of us. Sharing credit and releasing their anxieties is the best way of not putting us in ugly fight. I do care my job. I don't want to get kicked out to the street, which ruins my negotiation power in my next job search.
