Brownie布朗尼

Brownie

奶油105g
白油80g
砂糖100g(原方子是220g,好怕怕。)
鹽5g
全蛋3
低筋粉105g
高筋粉70g
巧克力粉25g(我用了兩小袋pre melted的,是unsweetened)
小蘇打2g
核桃60g
葡萄幹(適量)
白巧克力(裝飾用)

準備:
核桃放烤箱低溫烤出香味,或者炒鍋裏炒一下出香味。放涼後切碎。
奶油室溫軟化
長方形烤盤鋪紙
1 .奶油白油糖鹽一起用打蛋器打發,全蛋分數次加入,每次加入都要打均勻。

2.加入pre melted巧克力,攪拌均勻

3 麵粉小蘇打過篩,加入,輕輕攪拌均勻,核桃和葡萄幹也加入拌勻。

4.拌好的後放入鋪過紙的烤盤內,用橡皮刀抹平,180攝氏(350華氏)烤35分鍾。出爐後馬上移出烤盤,放涼

5.涼透後切小塊,直接吃。或者用白巧克力,糖霜,糖粉裝飾一下。
